Yoga class from anywhere in the world-Highly recommended!

I just finished my morning Yoga class for Sunday, and decided it has been so good i would like to share my experience with someone so i'm prepared to donate $50 to one person for "Energising and opening" 40 minute yoga video" yoga class which i will pay for, knowing this donation will go directly to oxfam to help out in Haiti. Even if you havn't done Yoga(like me, until recently) or meditation before i highly recommend this practice which i've signed up for.

Whats the catch for me? Happiness!! All i ask is you come on this amazing journey with me here at Peace Safari, post a comment on my blog, how you are right now making a difference of happiness in the world. I'm open to all your ideas what you are doing to make a difference in the world we live in today.

At the end of the week i'll choose one person to join me on this amazing yoga challenge i've already started, there's a saying that goes "You are one person in the world, but you can be the world to one person"

Well, I had to think about this, but I think the biggest difference I make is by caring about the community I live in. We all look out for each other, make sure the older people are ok etc.

Wow! What a generous offer. You are bringing peace to the world one person at a time and that's really the only way peace happens, right? Thank you

Holy double generosity, Batman! That's amazing!

The difference I'm making in the world's happiness is by sharing smiles with strangers, holding the door in a shop, letting someone go ahead in line - the little nothings that make life just an iota easier and better in a world that can sometimes be very hard and cold.

I have just completed my Level 1 Reiki course this weekend and am learning about the world's energies and how to help heal people physically and spiritually. I am also learning a vital lesson in life and that is to heal myself too, starting by loving myself. I really believe that if people learn to love themselves more, happiness will spread like fire..x

I think the way I contribute to "world happiness" is just being aware of what can be done around me. I practice what I call "genuine politeness".. whenever someone helps me, even if they're getting paid to, I always thank them, and not just a rote "thank you" but eithr I'll point out something they did that made my life easier or even a "thank you very much" while looking them straight in the eye. I enjoy being the polite one, and I also deeply appreciate this kind of politeness in others. I think a smile and a kind word can go a long way.

Also, I never pass someone who needs help or something that needs doing without doing it -- a door can be opened, trash picked up, etc. And all without too much effort from me. I don't do it for the thank you. I do it because it makes me happy, and makes someone's life easier whether they know it or not. An older woman was in a lot of pain from arthritis and she was waiting for a cab. There was nowhere for her to sit to get more comfortable, and I couldn't fix that, but I waited for the cab with her so she would know she was not alone. And then I helped her pain-ridden body get into the cab. But most days it's something very simple that I find myself doing. Nothing big or heroic, just doing the things that have been placed in my path for me to do.
